Cocaine IM vs IV

I’ve been IVing coke. Pretty quality shit. Probably best I’ve seen in years. I guess im asking is #1 is IM even going to do anything or just give me a big abscess? I’ve heard of folks IMing other drugs like H, Fet, Ice and most popular ketamine. I went to a ketamine detox a few years ago the IV bag was good but when they hit my in My shoulder it was instant k hole in. Hospital setting. Not awful besides I had snowfall playing in the background which made for a weird trip. Anyways, am I saving my veins by doing IM if I go that rough or just doing more damage. Thanks in advance

Please Do not IM cocaine. Ever.
I’ve honestly never known anyone in my life that’s done that. I’m sure plenty of people have. Doubt it’s gone well for them. Though many people are just insanely lucky. Even when it comes to proper IV use. IV cocaine was my go to. I have no idea how I made it out of that hell hole I was in, how I have no blood borne diseases, infections from reusing my own dirty needles, collecting all my old blood from needles in a desperate attempt to keep it going. I have no idea how I’m still alive. 2 abscesses on my very last run that nearly killed me. The veins in my neck are useless. Somehow you’d never tell unless you knew what you were looking for. And the crooks of my arms are rock hard.
I have notoriously difficult veins to hit even for those that collect blood for a living.

I hate being poked over and over by someone other than me. They always need to use that machine.. blanking on the name.

I often questioned the same. I'm an ex opioid needle user. I did some dumb shit to avoid them WS (Never crime though) mainly reusing my own blunt needles. I even worked how to sharpen the fuckers not good at all.

I got clean but even now giving blood samples is definitely a challenge last time the nurse tried to use an old vein and just hit the bundle of nerves in my elbow instead. Yes it did hurt. For a while. I have a few veins that I dont remember from before. Turns out when a vein collapses your body can replace it with more smaller veins. I started bodybuilding with tren, dianabol and test after I stopped oids I reckon it helped give me more bigger veins.

For the other guy I reckon if you used at therapeutic levels it would mainly be a local anaesthetic if done by IM. That's just a guess it's probably too caustic for that purpose lol

In general IM drug use would have a slower onset and longer duration as it slowly enters your blood stream. Unless you have drugs specifically intended to be administered IM I would say never do it! The risk you are facing with IM injections is infection, any bacteria in your drugs could quickly turn life threatening. Plugging the coke would give you a similar effect to IM without the risk of infection and sepsis.
