Cocaine + Grain alcohol nasal spray...harmful?

I always use a nasal spray of some sort after my experiences and the one I've been using lately mainly consists of grain alcohol.

My question is: How much harm is this doing to my nasal passage?

The reason I ask is because I'm aware that when Cocaine and Alcohol are combined they create cocaethylene, a far more toxic substance.

Cocaethylene has nothing to do with the damage you are doing from snorting grain alcohol. The damage has to do with how ethanol dissolves cell membranes and kills cells. You know that horrible burning feeling you get from cleaning open wounds with alcohol disinfectant? That is because it is killing germ cells and also your own healthy cells. Snorting ethanol damages the mucus membrane in your nose so don't do it. Use a bacteriostatic saline solution or if you can't get your hands on anything else just plain water.

Cocaethylene is formed in the body when you take cocaine with alcohol because of enzymes. I don't think the transesterification reaction is just going to happen if you mix coke and alcohol at room temperature without a catalyst.

Wow you must be really fucking tolerant of pain to snort grain alcohol. By grain alcohol do you mean 190 proof? You have got to know that is terrible for you to do and you should stop so you don't cause anymore damage.
