A few days ago I discovred that IV 'caine and small through moderate amounts of GHB synergize very well. It is amost a little (i'm stretching it here) like shooting a speedball but much different.

I take the GHB first then shoot a small amout less than I usually would. It is quite euphoric and different from IV coke by its self.

I have never even heard that the two may mix well. Is this mix a really bad idea? What do yoou guys think?

Hope to hear back. Even if you have no idea I would like some opinions.
 
IV coke is horrible for your body to begin with adding a CNS depressant just makes it worse.

I have never heard of the two being used together, but I would advise against it. Just look at how many famous people we have lost to IV coke.
 
Well... IV cocaine in itself isn't the best idea (it's corrosive to the veins, ODing on IV coke is probably the most uncomfortable thing you could imagine, etc etc etc, side effects) so mixing GHB with it, well, it's not like you're being safe by any stretch of the imagination.

I've done bigger combos than 1 upper + 1 downer, and if you're keeping it in conservative enough doses, you should be just fine.

However, I don't know; I've never used GBL or GHB; I'm not a gabaergic kind of person.

Trufax; IV coke is a lot worse than other IVable drugs.

However I plan to continue IVing the shit anyway (I have a thing for sharps plus IMO even good base sucks and so does insullflation). IV>snort>smoke <(way behind)

BTW I have OD'ed on it, managed to avoid death, seizures, etc. Went into convulsions so I had a friend crush up a ton of Valium and klonopins which I took sublingually. Still I was hyperventilating (which seemed to help), turning blue and my heart felt like it was about to explode. Crushed aspirin (took sublingually as well), deep breathing, and not moveing seemed to help with that.

Drop the ghb and load some smack in that needle then you have got yourself a nice speedball. I can't really recommend this but you are already shooting coke which is really bad. Heroin should not cause more CNS depression then GHB or GBL. This is only if you are experinced with opiates. IMO GHB and Cocaine combination is not that great. I say do it right or just take the GHB on the Cocaine comedown.

I just quite methadone (~160mg or 180mg dropped fast from 200mg). The W/Ds just ended a few days ago. BTW no taper, just stooped, was hell. Also I am 26 and was a dope addict since probably 16.

IMO heroin saved my life because I was in a very abusive environment at the time and was loosing my mind. I needed the warm void, the escape.

Listened to that song "Venus in Furs" by The Velvet Underground when I was still in that situaition and it brought tears to my eyes. That says something because no matter how bad things got I never cried (forgot how). Just recently my girlfriend helped me to recover that part of myself.
 
^ Good for you man if you are able to quit 160-180mg methadone cold turkey you should definetliy be able to quit IV coke it would be like a walk in the park for you. Maybe just quit and enjoy drugs in moderation? When drugs are abused they loose all their power but am sure you knew that.

CaptainHeroin, I think GHB/GBL is a GABAergic drug. I believe it acts on those receptors just like benzos, barbiturates, alcohol, etc...do. But don't quote me on this.
 
^ I think he knows. I think he meant that he does not enjoy drugs that acts on GABA too much.

^ For me any type of benzo or actually any type of downer makes the high dirtier. I like to enjoy the effects of opioid pure. I have done it with all kinds of drug's that act on GABA its just not for me. No one really can give you advice it's not a bad idea since you been doing it and you are fine. Do whatever you enjoy just make sure you keep the GHB on the lower side. I have seen many people OD on it.

Edit-wiggi yeah am sure people enjoy it as it is a highley abused combo. That is what most people overdose on it's just not for me.

I am the exact opposite. I love to take Diphenhydramine hydrochloride (Benadryl) plus benzos when before taking opioids. Easier to nod with less. Of course after a certain amount of abuse I don't think nodding was possible. Not get dopesick, get opiated, get dead. in that order.

lol, so true.

I still enjoy low dose benzos on occasion; I don't have any tolerance, I make sure it stays like that. Overall, taking a benzo isn't that great overall.

I avoid alcohol (have had maybe one drink with one dinner over the last 2 years) and I've never tried any other drugs that work on GABA.

Fuck yeah you can enjoy GABAergic drugs at any time after [or before, or during] using opiates. Tis the case for me and many, many people I know. It goes many ways, from opiate users trying benzos and liking them more, to addicts taking benzos with their dope, and (what I see a lot of, and fits me) people who are drawn to benzos after getting off dope. I have a two friends who successfully got clean from dope only to go to rehab for massive benzo/GABAergic drug use within about a year each. As for me, I haven't had heroin for two years, any time I want to get fucked up its benzos I want, not opiates.

What I'm saying is that GABAergic drugs (I mean any and all, I mostly talked about benzos because thats what I have the most experience with) can be and still are enjoyed by people no matter when they encounter them, even if the general consensus is that opiates are better/more recreational/etc than benzos. I agree with the sentiment that opiates at the top of the FDA's drug pyramid, but it doesn't mean once you've eaten the "fat, salt, and sugar" you can no longer enjoy fruits, vegetables, or grains. :D

IV coke...I shudder when I remember the days. I've been on worse IVcaine missions than I have with crack. But low dose GHB with lowered dose coke shouldnt be too bad. I mean, when you think of it, its the same concept as the alcohol cocaine combination, which we all know is wonderful, and have probably all done many times with no problem.

man I have read some crazy ass shit but this takes the cake....you have cheated death and still are doing IV drugs... hello ....call for help and Dr. Drew...lol
