cocaine crash- insomnia - benzos?

Picked up some pretty fine blow, did a gram starting at about 4pm-2am. I have a script to 2 mg xanax bars. I've read in a lot of places that benzos work well for coke comedown/insomnia. Last dose was about a half hour ago and my hearts still beating fast as fuck. I'm just worried mixing a downer with an upper wouldn't be such a good idea. How long can I expect my heart rate to begin to return to its normal state? Is it safe to take a low dose of a benzo? I just want to get some fucking sleep.

It is safe to take a benzo, actually I highly recommend it. It will slow your heart rate down and help immensely with anxiety, and will also help you sleep. This is a quite common comedown remedy.

Benzos are great for stimulant comedowns. They aren't the best, but they're smooth and they're kind of safe.

yeah, take, a bar, it probably won't send you to sleep, but will chilln you out, listen to some music, or watch a film, and take another bar (or two depending on tolerance) later when your heart rate's gone down, and that should help you sleep

with little or no benzo tolerance, 2-4mg. is good on a coke crash.

Yeah, a bar should do the trick and lower your heart rate. Take 2 bars and you should get some sleep if you have no tolerance.

NOW that This was brought up I had a memory. I had done coke everynight for 3 days maybe 4 I cannot remember. I got told several times dont mix xanax and coke, my friend died like that from one girl, and i tripped just because of the paranoia and said whatever Fuck It. I was a benzo addict then and still am. Anyway Last time I actually did a bunch of coke I used xanax and it was damn fine.....Its sooo hard for me remembering what certain benzos I haven't taken in months feels like even after a years use which for me seems odd and probably to most people to. I took 8-7mgs of xanax that night. I don't think I went past 10mg. Usually for rare medicine users since you said you have a script, Double it Up, and you will Chill. BUT maybe take one like everyone else is saying I think double though for sure and take one more if its not better in 6 hours. You will be FINE promise.


if you were on meth thats a different story i didnt read it all but how long were or have you been up past 18 hours toooopppppsss iiiifff that? your def on amp and coke cut and then do only take one bar. With meth and benzos its different or it is with me I have to take a low low dose because I feel like my heart is going to explode and then work your way up to your limit. I always do that withy meth like 1 mg clonz, .5 mg clonz if continues but rarely, then a big 8mg dose probably possibly only 5 or 6. I dunno BLAHHH benzos

If you're taking bars, then I suggest you have a lowish tolerance and you should take it at the end. It sucks to feel that benzo sedation and then have a mild stimulant buzz + crash sneak right back on you. It definitely dulls the stimulation until you redose on the stimulant though.
