Cocaine comedown, how long to wait to take benadryl?

Hello all, I have a friend who's done around two grams in the past 10 hours or so. He's having a hard comedown so I recommended diphenhydramine for it, as I've read it's safe for a coke comedown. His only question was whether he should wait to take it or any other necessary precautions. I tried searching for those questions but I didn't find very much, anyone know?

Take now. 3-5 tablets. He will be fine...the benadryl probably won't have much of an effect anyhow

Absolutely unless he has some type of allergic reaction he won't have any type of negative reaction between the cocaine and the benadryl

I'd take 50-100mg (well, unless he's tolerant, but I assume not since you had to suggest it), and you don't have to wait, he'll be fine.

Wait an hour or two and then eat some food.

Patience is key when dealing with cocaine.
Remember its a short acting drug and you'll be back to normal in no time.

As Cornishman said, cocaine is very short acting and comedowns are effectively treated by a healthy light meal and good hydration.
Save the diphenhydramine for bedtime and 200mg is overkill unless very tolerant. 100mg will be more then enough, as high dose of diphen causes the opposite effects to those that are desired.
