This is my first time posting on these message boards. But let me tell you what I witnessed is 100% accurate. Jeff has an incredible story. Jeff was drinking beer all day. But around 5 o'clock in the afternoon Jeff and his buddies came across some blow. Jeff only had done about Two thirds of half a gram between five and 10 o'clock in the evening. About 30-40 minutes later, Jeff then digested about 60 mg of weed edibles and 800 mg of gabapentin. Then Jeff digested 150 mg of tramadol and 95 More milligrams of weed edibles. Jeff didn't think anything of it. But about 30 minutes later jeff started thinking to himself maybe he should doublecheck that he's not doing anything wrong. That's when he discovered these message boards. And also found out about ODB's death. I told Jeff to induce vomiting. Jeff tried. But it was too late. Everything was digested fully. Jeff freaked out at first. But he tried his best. So he started drinking a bunch of water. I think what freaked him out more than anything could've been the medibles. Because he had trouble trying to differentiate the positive and negative side effects of what he was going through. But this is what he experienced. Around quarter to midnight the first onset of effects hit Jeff. Jeff told me it was a wave of euphoria and neutrality at the same time if that makes any sense. He felt calm and almost sober, but good, so he started thinking that he could just ride this out. About 1245 everything started to take full affect on Jeff, erratic heartbeat, nervousness, anxious behavior, heat flashes and sore muscles. Nothing really new to Jeff since he's speedballed before (but never with tramadol). Little did Jeff know The next three hours for him we're going to be some of the worst hours he's ever experienced. The heart complications got worse for Jeff. Almost like if they were set to go off every 30 minutes. They seem to get worse more for Jeff when he focused on the television. Jeff was playing video games. Nothing too flashy or a Lotta FPS to ignite an onset of a seizure but just enough to become borderline of having one he believes. Jeff was playing a simple poker game online just to calm his nerves. But he noticed every 30 minutes he had to look away from the television because he felt like an onset of a seizure might trigger. Keep in mind Jeff was doing everything that he can think of that was possible not to be physical and increase heart rate or blood pressure. an hour goes by and Jeff notices weird head pain on the side of his temples and towards the back of his head like if pressure was being put on it. Another hour goes by and that euphoric feeling seem to have returned to Jeff. Jeff believed that was the edibles leaving his system. It was now 4 AM and Jeff debated if he should take his usual 12.5 Ambien to go to sleep which is normal for Jeff since he's an insomniac. He researched it and it seemed to be OK. He also noticed that the gabapentin that he took earlier was actually the thing that might've saved his life. Jeff does not condone mixing tramadol with Coke since overall it was a complete accident, because his pill popping for him is normally habitual and the blow was just something out of left field. And the ironic part is that the pill that might've saved his life was also an accident and completely habitual.

Use the enter key every once in a while. I personally can't read through that mess, but would have if you were familiar with the concept of paragraphs. ;) So my statements here are just about using those drugs simultaneously in no specific context.

I never was that into cocaine but I've used and abused amphetamine and tramadol daily for round about two years. I've always considered it a wonderful combination. The tramadol takes the edge off the speed, but also adds a euphoric aspect that I otherwise do not experience on speed anymore. I can work day and night on those two and usually end up being extremely productive. In terms of withdrawls - Quitting speed means instant pleasure for me. Good appetite, 2 or 3 days of non-stop sleep, lovely. The best part of stimulant abuse imho. Tramadol can be quite nasty to whitraw when used regularly at high doses, even in those who poorly metabolize it to O-Desmethyltramadol due to low CYP2D6 activity. I personally value it over other opiates since the SNRI properties attenuate the constipation I experience. Forgetting to take it means a few hours of low opioid receptor activity coupled by serotonergic and noradrenergic activity which is usually sufficient for taking a major dump, since the conversion to an opioid takes a couple of hours and I forget dosing in regular intervals. If I taper tramadol properly for a week I experience no withdrawls though.
