Cocaine Cocaine and how my nose has never shown any visible signs of damage...

Hi,

I am new to this place and have a quick question. I was using cocaine on and off for 3 years (about once or twice a week) and then more frequently for 2 years (three times a week, sometimes more). Besides the burning, stuffy noses,sinus infections and i also can't smell much anymore...i have had no other problems. I recently went to the doctor with a sinus infection and when they looked up my nose couldn't believe i had ever even touched drugs (which is great). I have always used saline sprays and also have used vitamin e oil inside my nose to keep it good. Just wondering if this is normal? or am i just lucky? I just find it amazing with the cocaine and everything else that my nose according to the doctor is perfect.

Anyone else like me? I just find it interesting as some people i know have not been so lucky.

Now there's an idea. Does it compare to IV much? I'd imagine the duration is shorter than snorting though, and it's hardly the longest lasting drug in the world anyway.

It actually lasts longer than snorted, way longer than IV (former IV cocaine user). Not a huge bellringing train whistlin' rush, but it's a consistent and smooth come up.

I thankfully have never IV'd coke (not the most self-controlled of people) but it kicks arse compared to snorted. Smoother come-up, more euphoric with less tension, and lasts about 50% longer, with a smoother come-down. Fucking perfect for anal speedballs :D.

Oh and to those worrying about numbing your sphincter and subsequently losing bowel control (lol), it doesn't happen.

I personally used to keep a shot glass of warm water in it when I snorted a bunch of coke. It served two purposes; it moved the coke along and down the throat quicker and it cleaned out the nasal passages so the coke doesn't just sit there and do harm to the nose/septum. It does sound like you're taking pretty good care of your nose though, so I'm sure that helps out.
