Cocaine and Clomipramine

My friend just started taking Anafranil(Clomipramine). He wanted to know will this effect the Cocaine buzz. Could they be mixed?

Combining cocaine with tricyclic antidepressants, like Clomipramine, might make your high better due to the clomipramine increasing levels of norepinephrine and serotonin, but by doing so you greatly increase the risk of developing a cardiac arrhythmia. I want you to think carefully here: is a slightly better buzz really worth the significant possibility of fucking a muscle necessary to survival? Besides, the increased levels of norepinephrine will make you feel jittery and uncomfortable, possibly offsetting any benefit gained from the increased serotonin. Bottom line is don't do it.
