Done around .7 of some raw the past 2 nights, last night a g, slept some ate some today, and have done .7ish so far tonight. Body is tense and having muscle cramps in legs. Took 1mg of Xanax because I'm ampedddd which I have high tolerance to because I'm prescribed it, but was wondering if I could take a multivitamin? I know dumb question but wanted to make sure it won't do any crazy mixture in my body. Thank you in advance.
