Cocaine acetone wash

Done this many times before with no problem but at the minute i've got a very sticky goo substance that isnt drying whereas its normally dry within minutes, any suggestions?

As i was reading this, it sounds like you've got another cut to remove, possibly ephedrine. hairdryer or low heat should work.
