I think that codeine has an oral BA of something like 90% so you shouldn't need to plug it (depending on your tolerance etc).

Please if your using the 30/500 then you really should consider doing a cold water extraction (CWE) to remove the paracetamol as taking too much of this will only damage your kidneys.
