Hey guys just have a question here .
25
6'3" 270 lbs
no AAS
diet is mainly on course

Okay I'v been working out for going on 2 years now with this last year a steady one as far as diet and training goes. The problem I'm having is that I still shake every time I lift weights for the first 20 mins almost like when you start on day one. Ive never stopped doing that. I lift wieghts in a balanced workout for the most part and pay attention to my form. Why am I still shaking is my CNS still too brittle to handle stress?

The same happens to me if I jump too quickly into a heavy workout without adequately warming up both primary and secondary muscle groups with light weight and high reps.

Sometimes I hit the heavy shit a little too fast for my old joints and muscles.

I thought it could be a balance problem in my training too , maybe some muscles are weaker than others and I need to find a way to balance out my strength?

I like it when I get the shakes- makes me feel like I'm properly testing the muscle. Guess its prolly not the healthiest.

Any particular exercises this happens on? I guess prolly not on any leg exercises but do you find it on more shoulder, chest or back based exercises. I have only noticed it on shoulder exercises (shoulder press, incline bench)

i notice it big time on my bench press .Now that you ask me that i realize that its basically just bench press based exercises that i notice it on . I have a tall build with a very long reach maybe its because i need more arm strength?
