Howdy all
I am wondering if anyone knows much about CNS depressants and whether their depressant effect on the body would apply to the stomach and it's processing of it's contents (including contained CNS depressants). i.e. Once the drug starts working, would it's depressant effect slow down the absorption of the remaining drug in the stomach, then once it starts to wear off and the stomach starts up again, repeat the process. Or does your stomach just keep on digesting at a normal pace despite what your CNS is doing.
Many thanks
