Hey yall! wanted to ask how to make coke a powder when it’s super clumpy. i live in a humid area, and personally do not own a microwave and my oven/stove are broken and not useable to do the hot plate method. i tested it and its not cut with anything crazy, but def baby lax. i’ve done about half a bag and am saving the rest for another night. but, due to the humidity here it’ll be the same next time. is there a solution i can use that isn’t the microwave or hot plate method? currently its so clumpy that when i do the bust method of using a bill and running a card over it, it goes flat but when i try to make it a line it’s flakey. like clumps but flat if that makes sense. even if i try a razor to break them up they just stick to it. deeply annoying so, pls. solution if you have one lol.

edit to add: i dont mean to purposefully be annoying by saying i cant use the two most common methods. it's just the case for me which is why im asking for some alternative methods! thanks for reading :) <3

Stick it in a bag of dry white rice overnight to keep the moisture out or get yourself some silica gel packets. Microwaving it for like ten seconds at a time works well too but it will reabsorb moisture if left out in the humidity again without any drying agents present.

Get an old school desk lamp and use an incandescent bulb. Break out your lines, hit what you want, and then move your mirror/tray/cd/whatever your product is on directly under the light bulb. The heat from those old school bulbs will help keep your stuff dry.

That's a good idea. I wish I had thought of that when I was living at a hostel in coastal ecuador. It was impossible to keep dry there, I think I basically gave up doing it when there. I will say, pure coke picks up moisture pretty fast in such an environment. If it stays dry in a place like that you know it's garbage.

i've never tried it but rather than the freezer the fridge is very dry, but having an open packet of coke in the fridge next to food.....

Hot plating changed alot for me super humid in south. Glass plate in microwave for 1;45 secs, nothing on plate. It will come out hot use ovenmit to remove. Dump weighed amount on plate, heat removes moisture and turn in powder again. I use tiny spoon to break down and let sit flat, then take a card plastic and chop. Its a game changer
