Pretty cool to have proteins which resist proteolysis in the gut.

And nobody seems to know WHY - or at least I couldn't find an illuminating paper.

Well, I eat a junior aspirin (75mg) every day, since my 'cardiac incident'. Fizzy on the tongue, like sherbet!
