Misc Clonixinato de Lisina + Ergotamine - Morphine potency? (not available in US)

Some weeks ago I found this drug only made in some countries (Argentina, Chile, France, Autralia, etc.) called "Clonixinato de Lisina", it seems it doesn't have a proper English translation.

The brand name here it's called "Dorixina" by Roemmers labs, and it comes with 125mg of Clonixinato de Lisina and 1mg of Ergotamine.
It's potency is even stronger than Codeine or Naproxen, it works miracle for toothaches and serious migraines; it also works as a relaxant and potency benzos.
I have read somewhere that it wasn't available in US because "it was cheap and it worked", I would really like to know if that's the case.
It's also weirdly antagonized by Naloxone.

It might be more effective than codeine for pain , but it's not an opiate. Couldn't the naloxone thingy be an error? (wiki has those)

I don't know, it feels good when waking up after taking some of them, it reminds me of waking up after a dose of Tramadol... also, I always thought Naproxene was the strongest NSAID... I found it certainly strange, even more if take into account it's only sold in some countries (and it evens comes with Ergotamine like, freely)
