I need to know if using Clonidine 0.3mg once a week is enough to cause any kind of Physical Dependance and I am not entirely sure it matters but I also use a random variety Benzodiazepines once a week no more than the equivalent to 3MG Clonazepam usually I will just take 1mg Clonazepam for 3 nights in a row or just all at once for one night and than wait until 8 days pass before I do it again. I assume this could possibly contribute to fucking with my Rebound Blood Pressure. Do you think it would be wiser to only use 0.3mg Clonidine once a month or do you think that the way I am using right now is okay in the long-term meaning the rest of my life lol?

Once weekly use of clonidine is fine and will not cause dependence. Even if it does cause rebound hypertension from a single weekly dose, it will be mild and unnoticeable. Patients can use this drug daily for years and if tapered correctly suffer no withdrawal symptoms.

Just how using Benzos once a week might cause rebound anxiety/Insomnia but not physical dependance?

Clonidine isn't like a benzo... you don't become psychically dependent to it like you would something like diazepam or alprazolam, etc.. even if you took it everyday for a long time. That's not to say there wont be rebound effects from stopping.. but not in the sense of real psychical withdrawal. You're blood pressure and heart rate will increase after stopping long term use, possible insomnia, etc..

Either way, taking it once a week.. even if it did lead to withdrawals, wouldn't be enough to get them. That's not enough time to get psychically dependent on anything.. benzos and the like included.

I used .6mg / clonodine a day for about 20 days. After discontinuation, there was an apprioximately 96 hour period where it felt like I was passing out for about a second, every two or four minutes. It subsided rapidly after the 96ish+sleep hour mark.
