Benzos Clonazepam

Hello so I take 2.5mg clonazepam but have been over seas and switched to diazepam, can somebody help me with a correct dosage that would be equivalent? i’m prescribed 5mg tablets of Ansiolin (brand name diazepam) and also 5mg liquid diazepam. is it safe to mix both liquid and tablets? also i have some clonazepam left and am wonder if it’s safe to completely just switch over to valium or should i still take the rest and maybe taper a bit with the valium clonazepam together. i’ve been on clonazepam for about 20 days or so maybe a month by now

Bro clonazopam is a lot stronger than diazepam.
On any benzo equivalency chart i have seen 1mg of clonazopam is equal to 20mg of diazepam so 2.5mg of clon would be equal tto 50mg of diazepam.

I have never actually had to do what you are doing so I can't comment from direct experience but generally the equivalence charts are a guide and it doesn't always line up perfectly.

I would start with a bit less than 50mg diazepam and see how you go.

I would see if around 30-40mg did the job and then if it does you will have a surplus, if it doesn't quite do the job just titrate up towards the 50mg.
