I have just been prescribed k-pin 1mg per day and get no effect from them in terms of euphoria. I get them off my doctor for restless leg syndrome and in the past have used a variety of benzos all of which get me high to some degree. K-pin for me just does not seem to work. The other night I just kept munching pills until I had consumed 20mg still no euphoria just went to sleep and felt tired for the next day or so. I know it is a bad idea to abuse these types of drug so now just take as prescribed for my RLS and it does work just feel let down that I finaly have a regular benzo script and they dont give me any of the desired effect that I get from all the other benzos I have tried :?
 
^Well, benzos aren't really all that euphoric under any circumstance....Maybe midazolam...IDK...or alprazolam...

Clonazepam is a great drug that "feels good" and has many uses, but it will never be truly "euphoric"...That's just not what it is...
 
BlueHues have had diazepam and temazepam in the past that give me a great buzz at low doses 20mg of each and got excited at the fact of my regular script of k-pin. Are these k-pin designed to not work in that way hense why I am given them regularly
 
^It's all subjective really...but I think most people who have tried opiates, cocaine, amphetamines, alcohol, or even the more popular psychedelics and marijuana....wouldn't see anything from the BZD class as "euphoric" …..They're amazing drugs, and maybe even "recreational"... but they don't really " get you high"...at least, that's my opinion...
 
exactly what the dude said man benzos simply arent euphoric compared to 'truly' euphoric drugs such as coke and opies etc... i mean, of course the concept of euphoria is vague, but while opies/coke mess directly with your reward system and do make you feel noticeably euphoric, the closest to euphoria you could get from benzos would be when you're having that fucking stressful than and just feel like smashing everything and punching this dude that just wont shut up in the face, take a xanax bar and soon you'll be chill.

but overall, benzos have no 'buzz' 'high' or whatever... IMO
 
Benzos don't get me high at all. What they do is shift my mind from warp 10 down to first gear, and I love them for that.
 
No, clonazepam wasn't "designed" to be less recreational, but it's known for having a slower onset and longer duration than alprazolam, making it less recreational...
 
You should just take the 1 mg as prescribed and get high another way.. because if/when you get taken off the klonopin, you'll fuck yourself over with withdrawal (possibly). But.. if you want to get a "high" from it.. don't eat. I only take 0.5 mg klonopin every night but I don't eat a lot at all and get the "euphoric" feeling almost every time. Lol not really high but like.. a lot more chilled out than I should be feeling I guess if that makes sense.
 
Never got high from clonazepam. It works different when you're on H, I mean used to take 2-4 mgs of clonex (clonazepam) when smoking H. But clonazepam alone never got me high, but sleepy and tired.
 
I had really awesome euphoria from a klonopin rx (clonazepam) that I used to mix with synthetic cannabinoids or cannabis. I think the synthetics were actually more euphoric, too (for me, at least), believe it or not. Too much klonopin would def. ruin the buzz though and just make things kinda slumpy. But be careful with benzos (even "weaker" ones like clonazepam) since they have an addictive potential that rivals H.


Just cause you don't feel the target effects you're after doesn't mean you aren't ramping up tolerance and feeding into addictive behavior...

You'll need to watch out more if you're mixing, too.

I take it you are putting it under your tongue I will try it that way tonight or are you using it another way?

No I just swallow it and then start feeling it 45 minutes to an hour later. The first time I was prescribed to kpins I put them under my tongue but don't remember what I felt then. It probably doesn't really matter either way. :P

Ditto, I've been on clonazepam for fifteen years, never euphoria even when I tried to od. That's not recomended unless you like psych hospitals. good luck. If your looking for euphoria I'd try one of the empathagens(sp?)
 
It' really not that accurate to say that, "Benzo's aren't that euphoric/euphoric at all".. It really all comes down to the individual's brain chemistry, ect. For example, I aboslutely LOVE benzo's and they for what ever reason hit me in just the right spot, and i get great euphoria / pleasue from Xanax esp.

Its crazy sometimes, I'd choose to go buy benzos over opiates..sometimes..

well, i'd like to say my point of view...An empty stomach, is a MUST, as Rept.Bitch said..but i think it would be better to take it sublingual, it will leave you a minty (or banana, rare. .) taste, it will hit U harder and sooner, but don't expect too much..and don't take a lot ..it would make U feel bad..

And my friend tunesey, i think that U can't feel clonaz as temazepam, as U said U took...cause IMO temaz is much greater, and it can bring a kind of "euphoria", while clonaz can't..or ,it can, but it's kind of rare and difficult..
All these are just my point of view, don't forget everyone is differnt, and all the drugs don't make all the people feel the same, IME, there're very dif effects, from people to people..I say it again, that's JUST my fuckin me...:)

The best way to take it is under your tongue an why not they taste well nice when you've had a few an you can feel like a shift. Benzos are not the one to be abusing ive found out the hard way an 20mg of clonaz you should feel something

First off 20mg of clonazepam in one dose sounds a bit ridiculous if 20mg of Temazepam or Diazepam have given you a 'buzz'. I don't know if you're aware of the equivalencies, but 1mg kpin = 10mg of Diazepam so in essence you've taken the equivalent of 200mg of Diazepam, I know everyones different and it's subjective but I'm assuming any benzo tolerance is quite low if you get any recreational effects from 20mg of Diazepam so I'm struggling to understand how you got no effect from such a large dose?
Also, as others have said the euphoria from benzos isn't really comparable to other drugs (e.g coke, stims etc and opiates) It's more a heightened sense of contentment and well being.
I've been addicted to clonazepam and tapering off it atm using diazepam. After taking clonazepam for so long and building up tolerance I could still get a buzz off a decent dose (lower than 20mg!!) I get very little to no effect from the diazepam except for maintenance and to prevent withdrawal.

I'm struggling to get my head round how someone with (a seemingly) low benzo tolerance can take so much kpin and feel NO effect. Maybe you were expecting too much, but still I know people with a similar tolerance who if they took that much would be 'out of commission' for days?!

Should feel more than a 'shift' off 20mg of clonazes mate!
And yeah, taking them sublingual is the way to go. I doubt they're the bananas you love though. They'll be mint flavored Roche Klonapin (still bloody lovely!!)
