How does one get a perscription for this drug in the uk. Im well aware of the adverse affects of taking clonazepam. I asked my doctor cos i honestly believe these are going to benefit me greatly she told me she cant perscribe them only a mental health professional can so i was given diazepam and temazepam instead. The temaz do thier job but the diazepam i find useless for relieving my anxiety, i suffered a seizure two weeks ago im pretty sure it was stress related although i do have an appoinment to check for epilepsy, i have also suffered one panic attack last year again im sure its all just by products of my anxiety, i mean what else needs to happen for me to get a pescription. I need some decent medication thats going to help. I think ill prefer clonazepam over xanax because its has a longer half life and the effects of the drug last longer, this is what i need i just know it. That and some general life councilling lol thats cool but i cant get through that without help if that makes sense.
 
Just like any other prescription drug, you'll have to go to a doctor and ask for it. The doctor will either prescribe it to you, or he won't. We can't "tell you" what to say to a doctor as that is against the rules here.

Just describe the problems you've been having to the doctor, and let the doctor do their job. :) You can always weigh in on what medications you desire to the doctor but it's ultimately still the doctor's decision.
 
Yeh na thats not what im saying but thats always how i come across ffs, i genuinely need (or so i believe) this medication. Ok. Im willing to go see a mental health pro if thats what it takes. But im pretty sure thats not what it takes to get a scribe for this. Im sure thats mis direction though ya see what im saying.
 
Sorry but we cannot help you manipulate doctors to score drugs. It is against the rules. What you think you need and what you actually need aren't always the same. Listen to your doctor.
