Benzos clonazepam

Mirtazapine is very effective for sleep too, so you may want to consider it too. It doesn't cause addiction and has virtually no dangerous interactions with any drug. I like the sleepiness it produces, it's a warm and soft, cozy grogginess that nicely puts you to sleep.

I have known people to suffer discontinuation syndrome from Mirtazapine, I haven't personally but I do find it hard to stop munching them. It may not have any dangerous interactions but I had to kiss a lot of my recreational use goodbye from that shit.

trazodone is also great for sleep and it helps fight anxiety the day after, might wanna look into that one also.

200mg at night and you will feel good, sleep good, and it will lower your anxiety when you wake up from your sleep.. its a great overlooked and mistaken as a "bad" drug a lot.. but used correctly it can be a life saver,, there was some reports on here that i think got "pruned" that people chose it over benzos.

Nitrzepam does not make me sleepy at all, if i was to ask my doc for a sleeping aid (no zopiclone) what would you advise ?

You shouldn't ask for a medicine specifically. Just ask for a sleeping-aid. But be familiar with the reasons why you might not want to use a particular one. I think it's better to use Z-drugs like Stilnox/Ambien (zolpidem) than actual benzodiazepines. The Z-drugs don't have muscle relaxant properties and aren't anywhere near as 'abusable', but they usually work well for sleep.

Alternatively, there are the hypnotic-sedative benzos like nitrazepam, flunitrazepam and temazepam. These are most dangerous in terms of addiction.

Lastly there are dozens of other psychiatric medicines - antipsychotics (like Seroquel or Zyprexa) or sedating anti-depressants (like Avanza, Paxil or Amitryptaline).

I would go firstly for Seroquel, secondly for a Z-drug and thirdly for a benzo. Seroquel is great because it's not addictive or even pleasant. It will literally just put you out and probably also help with depression and anxiety.

Got pesrcibed zolpidem 10mg 28 tabs to be taken one before i got to bed. Let see how it goes. Thank you again for all your knowledge guise.....

trazodone is used as an anti depressent not a sleping aid.

it is used as a sleeping aid in lowish doses 100-200mg, it doesn't have anti depressant effects until you reach even higher doses which means you are fuckin tired as hell if your dr puts you on it as an anti depressant, look it up, don't have time for sources to prove it but it is also what my psychiatrist told me when he prescrubed me 100-200mg to help sleep like 4 years ago, it fucked me up too tired to stay awake (and im on zyprexa) so i didn't want it and quickly got off it, but trust me it is used as a sleep aid.

EDIT: erowid- http://www.erowid.org/pharms/trazodone/trazodone.shtml

Wikipedia said:
Trazodone (also sold under the brand names Desyrel, Oleptro, Beneficat, Deprax, Desirel, Molipaxin, Thombran, Trazorel, Trialodine, Trittico, and Mesyrel) is an antidepressant of the serotonin antagonist and reuptake inhibitor (SARI) class. It is a phenylpiperazine compound. Trazodone also has anxiolytic, and hypnotic effects.[1] Trazodone has considerably less prominent anticholinergic (dry mouth, constipation, tachycardia) and sexual side effects than most of the tricyclic antidepressants (TCAs).

Don't know bout erbody out there but for me Alprazolam, lorazepam and Flunitrazepam are so easy to get that I have no problem sleeping or just chillaxing with marlboro lights and a nice cold coca cola. A 1mg tab is enough to keep me relaxed. Rock on!!!!!

Rock on brother!! :)

Zolpiderm is for kids. Ask your Doc for Zopiclone 7.5mg. That will work for a few days as long as you don't take em every night. As soon as they inaffective you switch to the trusted tab Alprazolam 1mg amd 2mg if needed. Lorazepam is also very effective but also very addictive. As a last resort, Flunitrazepam will set you str8 if you don't mind losing a day.

dont like and wont take zopiclone got lorazepam instead...there fuking shit going for some triazolam or flunitrazepam on tuesday. My tolerane is insane.

If you're tolerance starts beating flunitrazepam, damn, then it's really high.

seems to be the case my friend, mind you years ago when we were all eating e`s id always be the one eating 10 over a period of time where like everone else was maxing on like 3.

I think my tolerance is also high enough to kick flunitrazepam, just didn't used it for a long time so can't say for sure.

If flunitrazepam is still to weak, the only benzo i can think of that can match it is triazolam or the dreaded phenazepam. Seriously try to avoid phenazepam though, it will put you to sleep but it is a monster. I damn near ruined my life going through two grams in less than two months.
