I suffer from bad abdominal pain, diahrrea and nausea. I took 3.5 mg of Clonazepam at different times in the last 24 hours to sleep through my pain because it is overwhelming sometimes. I know this isn't healthy but at least it lets me sleep. I slept for aprox. 24 hours.

What is the question here?
Also do you use clonazepam regularly? That is a pretty high dose.
Sleeping for 24 hours isn't healthy, 7-8 hours a night is generally the best for most people, try 1mg clono next time.

As well have you seen a doctor for this pain?
Some medication like buscopan can be very helpful in lessening stomach spasms, maybe you have IBS or an ulcer

Clonazepam interferes with sleep quality a lot, making you sleep more to feel refreshed. You should treat the underlying GI problems. If your GI pain is anxiety related, beta blockers are going to do a way better job than benzos. Benzos don't effect physical symptoms of anxiety as much as mental.

That being said, a night or two is fine as long as you keep the doses sane. But you need to look at the real problem.

If all you want to do is sleep through the day then I'd rather recommend some heavy indica strain of cannabis. It knocks me out just as well as benzos and doesn't cause horrible withdrawals and the same issues with tolerance.

as can dicyclomine. I had it prescribed for IBS.

I also have Chronic pain that often would make me not be able to sleep at all, I was prescribed Zopiclone as an alternative to Clonazepam and it worked really well.
