Clonazepam question

I used to take clonazepam twice a week I stopped for 2 months.

I started again on August 17.

On August 17th I took 2 mg.

August 20th I took 1 mg.

August 22nd I took 1 mg.

Last night I took 1 mg

And today I took 1 mg.

I am going to not take it for 10 days minimum now.


Am I in danger of dependence to clonazepam?
 
If you take any drug of dependance you are at risk. Just watch out for psychological symptoms (your brain tricking you into thinking you need it) and be very strict with breaks and not binging on it.
 
I think you will be ok. If you have no physical symptoms but start having consuming thoughts of when you can take your next dose, you need to cut back more.
 
Don't worry, I would recommend you to avoid benzos (unless the sleeping ones, like midazolam once in a while is ok),
you don't wanna have to go through a full blow withdraw like me, and as if that wasn't enough I am again struggling
with it, my last try to taper it down from a significant use was a bit too rough and I couldn't take it, gonna catch some
breath and maybe during the vacations I'll be able to recover. You don't need to go through it, believe me.
 
Twice a week is no problem. I know this sounds like a cliché but you know when you're addicted to clonazepam. It is a hideous monster to withdraw from and I got rushed to the hospital a couple of days ago because of seizures from withdrawal. Even though I'm on a slow taper it's hell on earth every time I cut the dose. As long as you don't have any symptoms, I wouldn't worry. But I sure as hell wouldn't recommend anyone getting addicted to it either, it must be one of the worst benzos to quit.

When I look at the dates and your doses, really, you have no worries.
 
I took another 1 mg last night because I was having some trouble sleeping. Feeling a little on edge today. Could this be withdrawal?

I've done about 7 mg in a 12 day period.

Maybe I should flush the rest!
 
Ok at this point I've done 8 mg in a 15 day period. Is this too much?

Will it be ok if I take a two week break and go back to using it twice a week?
