Benzos clonazepam how much is too much?

If clonazepam makes you feel like shit the following day because of it's extended duration...is there anything close to it's effects without the long elimination process? As always, thanks in advance for all of the advice.

It doesn't make you feel like shit because of its 'extended duration'. A normal dose of clonazepam will have faded by the following day, you won't feel it at all. If you took an extremely large dose, then you would feel it the next day, but you don't feel like shit - you just feel like you're on benzos, maybe more on the tired side than the relaxed side, but it's not a hangover - it's the effects persisting.

How long should it work for? Duration for all of them is dependent on the dose and individual biochemistry, but a normal dose of clonazepam will work for 8-12 hours for most people. Few benzos exert significant effects at therapeutic doses around the clock. However, if you want to take a dose equivalent to 8mg clonazepam with no tolerance, and not feel it the next day, then you'll want a shorter-acting one, alprazolam or something - but 8mg alprazolam with no tolerance is just asking for trouble.
 
You guys were right about the long elimination process. She was out for most of the next day.
 
Figures. Does she remember any of the previous night? That's way too much k-pin...
 
She really does not remember much. Is there anything like k-pin but without the long processes? When she took the 8 mgs. she was still pretty restless @ night & would briefly wake up & then nod off again. My girlfriend has panic attacks & wakes up not knowing where she's at. She's really looking for something that would knock her out, without waking up too much...besides the high she's looking for. Thanks you guys for looking in.
