Clonazepam for relief of symptoms

I suffer from IBS and can get pretty bad from time to time. The pain is usually the worst aspect, it just causes so much anxiety in me. I find that taking clonazepam really takes the edge off and gives me symptom relief somewhat. I'm afraid of becoming dependent though so I've been taking it one day and waiting 3 days in between for my next dosage. I would take it June 5 then again June 9. I take 1 mg.

How does this sound to everyone? I know benzo withdrawals are scary but I will try to avoid that.
 
If you can stick to that regiment, you will be fine. Id expect you could do that forever without becoming addicted.
