Clonazepam Dosing

I have been prescribed and been using clonazepam recreationally for at least 6 months. The last month I have not taken a single pill so i think my tolerance has gone down. I also just picked up a script for 120 of these little bad boys. Now i know im going to be getting high as hell for quite a while, but i was wondering what the max you would go before the chance of an overdose starts. It is well known in my circle of friends that my signature party move is 2.5mg of Kpins and a 26 of jager to myself. May sound dangerous but it does take a lot of drugs to get me goin (I do weigh 230 lbs lol) With this said what would you recommend i stay away from dose-wise?
 
If you're drinking on it (which isn't really a good idea in the first place) - you don't need to be taking 2.5mg clonazepam and then drinking all the liquor. If you're planning on drinking that much - skip the clonazepam all together. What have you been taking? What are you actually prescribed to take?
 
It takes a lot of clonazepam to kill a person, but a lot less clonazepam to have them do something that results in their death. It's often said that it's not the clonazepam (or whatever benzo) that you have to be worried about, it's the shit you do on it that you have to be worried about.

Benzodiazepines (by themselves anyway) are pretty safe in overdose, which is why they've replaced the barbiturates for their various indications. But yeah, as Tommyboy said, the drugs aren't going to kill you, but you may well black out (you will black out taking 2.5mg clonazepam and drinking that much alcohol) and then do something really stupid and hurt or kill yourself or somebody else.

Yes i did blackout on that dose lol the video of me is actually quite funny. But when i do take benzos i am very laidback and i dont do anything too risky that could injure myself or others. and i am prescribed 2mg a day for anxiety
 
If you're prescribed and have been taking 2mg a day for anxiety I recommend you cut your dose in half, or even less (so 1mg) if you plan on drinking that much. If you're not going to drink then take your prescribed dose.
 
Well i was thinking when im not drinking and i was to enjoy just the nice sedating clonazepam high i would take 2.5-3 mg. is that too high for the average person?
 
OP be warned there is significant danger of overdose when you mix two CNS depressants, no matter if each on their own have a high safety profile.

I also recommend that you not exceed your clonazepam dosage ever, as when tolerance continues to build you will surely wish for the days when 1mg was an effective dose. Just look up reports on bluelight about benzodiazepines.

You're going to wish you never went past 2-3mg a day when time comes to taper (it will) since the benzos don't work anymore when you get cut off by your doctor and the street (you will). Just be prepared, read up on the risks of benzodiazepine dependence and withdrawal, and always have at least 10 saved away to taper in case your stash gets stolen/eaten during a blackout.
 
I never take them as prescribed anyways, id rather get rid of them and smoke pot for anxiety. So i dont really have anything to worry about for withdrawals or dependance. Another question, does a benzo tolerance ever go away? I didnt take any clonazepam for a month then when i did finally it took 3.5 mg to get me high....
 
Tommyboy is right on the money. If you take too much, you fall alseep. Keep in mind, it is a benzo that has the quickest tolerance build up. Benzos are safe...unless mixed. I like to drink a 5 hour energy to stay awake on higher doses to enjoy the sedation without passing out. have fun!! I had been taking 2-4mgs xanax a day for three years, my first kpin was 4mgs and I passed out, woke up six hours later and was bummed. One week later I can take 10 mgs and not fall asleep, although walking is not easy :)

benzos normally aren't lethal true, but combined with alcohol they can easily be lethal.
