Benzos Clonazepam and melatonin

Hello all,

Just want to make sure it's safe to take melatonin while taking clonazepam. I can skip taking another dose of clonazepam if I can get to sleep and melatonin knocks me out. I'm trying to cut back on the clonazepam.

Yeah that's fine. If you can substitute clonazepam with melatonin that's great!
