Clogged nose help

Cocaine used...Tried saline spray not helping, out of afrin so was wondering if Nasacort would work or make nose bleed or hurt or be horrible. It's trimincinolone. Any other ideas if not?

Depends on what's available to you right now. If you can't get afrin what do you have

Eat a Habanero or other ultra hot pepper and your nose will open right up.

Try and pulling your nostrils back like those band-aid like strips do to open your nostril ways up and sniff hard. This usually works for me when mine are getting clogged up, also try boiling water and putting your head over the pot with a towel on your head to sort of hot box the steam and it should also help, good luck!
