Clobenzorex dosage equivalence

I picked up some of these at a La Pharmacia down here in Mexico. The guy said they were 30mg adderall, but I did some digging and found they were not adderall, but a similar stimulant. I'm just wondering how similar they are, and the exact effects etc.

Well according to that wikipedia article, Clobenzorex is a prodrug for dextroamphetamine (Dexedrine). Dextroamphetamine will probably be very similar (if not indistinguishable) from Adderall, as Adderall is made up of a mix of Dextro and Levo amphetamine.

I'm really curious as to what the equivalent dosages are. I've taken about 90mg of Clobenzorex and it feels like 10 or 15mg of Adderall. Does anyone know any sort of conversion? I don't want to take these unsafely. I know my adderall tolerance (I usually take a 30mg XR, or two 20 IRs) so any comments would be appreciated.

Clobenzorex is equivalent to about 52% its weight in amphetamine. The peak values will never reach that high though - you're probably right in it being more like a long release 25%...

It's a prodrug that may have action of its own however, so start low.

To me, clobenzorex feels exactly like dexedrine spansules. 90 mg feels about the same or slightly stronger than a 15 mg dexedrine spansule, with about the same duration. It's much better than adderall to me, since the l-amph in adderall brings too many side effects when taken in recreational doses.
