what were/are the typical dose regiments when mdma was used clinicaly for ptsd and such?

Leo Zeff, a close friend of Sasha Shulgin and the first psychiatrist to pioneer the use of MDMA for psychotherapy, dosed his patients with 150mg of MDMA (probably Shulgin-made). I'm not sure what the recent experimental research has used as a standard dose, probably more along the lines of 100-120mg (150 seems like a lot, especially for someone who has never taken it before ... and having never taken it before is generally a prerequisite for participating in the research).

Here's the Treatment Manual (in PDF format) that MAPS released, if you're interested. It's long but totally worth reading if you're interested in the topic.

tottaly fucking awesome. Thank you. Know what the redose mg as needed were? I think it was 40mg as needed but im not sure

Might've been 120 with a redose of 60 an hour and a half later. That's what I'd expect anyway.
