Last night I was chewing my tounge up and clenching/grinding my jaw. So I used a tooth brush to chew on. Woke up this morning without any mouth trauma and a tooth brush next to me. happy rollin people.

thats a new one.
must remember to bring my toothbrush with me next time i go out. lol
think ill stick with chewy and magnesium supplements.

reminds me of "small town ecstasy" on HBO....the daughter was chewing like mad on a toothbrush....crazy fucking show. I'm coming up on my doves and loves now....gotta go. peace.

Stimulants tend to cause unwanted muscle contractions. Moreover the nerve that controls your jaw muscles is especially serotonin sensitive... the increased serotoniin + stimulant effect = jaw glenching and grinding

it's been said a million times over, but take magnesium supplements... works really well

Am I weird? I kinda LIKE chewing on stuff during a nice roll.

The problem is, I have a BAD habit of having mouth trauma the next day.. Ouch.

I have been looking for small rubbery dog chew toys. Maybe I will try to find something along the lines of a rubber tooth brush.

Oh yeah, BTW, I agree, a motorized Toothbrush is HEAVEN when rolling, OMG.... BBBBZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZZ *DROOL*
