Cocaine Cleaning nose?

Even when snorting high quality coke I have trouble cleaning my nostrils for further snorting, especially when snorting pills such as ritalin, adderall etc.. I usually use a q-tip to get the stuff out the front, then snort hard and spit out what is left. This seems to help but I am still left with an irritated nasal passage! Any ideas? Whats your method?

I strongly recommend a neti pot.
Just enter "neti pot" into Google and it will pop up. They're pretty cheap.

I use saline/sodium nasal spray. Sometimes it even comes in a toothpaste like tube. It irrigates all debris from my nose -- works like a charm.

neti pot, as rhun said. Just need to make sure you mix an accurate saline solution, or you could get infections. Good luck!

Snorting pills (with fillers cause this).
"High quility cocaine" shouldn't.

You might have caused this to happen from snorting pills.

The answer is simple.

I use Simply Saline - Nasal relief moisturizers and clears everyday congestion. It's just like a nasal spray. I spray every time I sniff to 1. make sure all the powder goes in 2. Clear my sinuses so I don't get clogged 3. Keep from getting sinus infection. I was told by an ENT dr to use it all the time to keep from getting infections. It's great, cheap, sold everywhere and non suspicious. Easy fix! Go get some now.

Back when I used to snort my drugs (which seems like 100 years ago), a simple saline solution spray did the trick.
