Cleaning a Dirty (literally) Pill

I've had a roxi 30 underneath the drivers seat of my car for the past 7 months, I managed to not take it for a month then I forgot about and found it today while looking for my wallet. Is there a way to wash the pill to make it less germ ridden? I'm going to be taking it orally.

I know this sounds like a troll, but this is an honest question.
 
Honestly, if you're just taking it orally... assuming the pill isn't covered in biological decay, in a horrible way, I'd just swallow it as is. Or BRIEFLY run it under some water, GENTLY dry it with a paper towel or what not, and put it in me. Now, if you were banging it... such is a whole different story. Enjoy! :)

I'd simply wipe it off with a dry paper towel. Unless it has mold on it, the small amount of germs shouldn't affect you.
