Clean sugar from black tar -please help. its only sugar

there is burnt stevia sugar ( a natural surgar ) in a mix of black tar h that needs to be removed in a hypothetical question for learning purposes, the simple chemistry behind it is in need for a school project.

can someone PLEASE HELP how can i get that out of it?

Anyway, heroin hydrochloride is soluble in methyl or ethyl alcohol, and sugars are not. (Steviosides might be soluble though). So you can get some Everclear/190 proof alcohol, dissolve as much of the stuff as you can in the alcohol, filter to remove undissolved solids, then evaporate the alcohol and recover your product.

Using 151 proof may not work 'cause the water will cause degradation of heroin to morphine.
