I've never had that happen, but it gets cleaned once or twice a day in the shower (along with the rest of me). If you have good hygiene there's no reason you should be developing buildup.

To me it really is this simple: if you wash your genitals properly each day, they shouldn't habitually stink.

In other words - there's nothing wrong with an uncut penis, unless you're a feral grotbag.

Cut-If you dont shower for a few days there is typically some build up of smegma. Instead of residing on your penis, it will likely rub off on your underwear.

Either way, showering and cleaning the respective area once a day is all thats required. If someone thinks that having the end of your cock chopped off is a worthwhile trade for not having to do this, I'd have to disagree.

I'll shower between once and twice a day thanks and keep all my manhood.
