Circular alprazolam tablets???!!!

My doctor prescribed me xanax, but its not the usual bar everyones used to, its a circular 1mg tablet, do these have the same effect as the bar version?

Yep.

If your bars were 1mg then they will have the same effect. Xanax is Xanax is Xanax.

We don't really do pill IDs here. There are lots of different brands of alprazolam, each will have its own design and dosage. If your doctor gave it to you, yes it is still xanax, and it will have the same effect (though perhaps different dose)
