Cipralex (escitalopram) and Heroin

I have used some opiates (oxy 40s) while on my SSRI antidepressant Cipralex. I did a small shot of oxy too and it was pretty nice :D but what I am wondering, never having used heroin before, If it would be any more harmful to my body than the pharms would. I am speaking in terms of drug interactions and I would greatly appretiate input from someone on SSRI's that uses opiates. Obviously the H will give a bigger rush, I just dont wanna have some strange fucked up reaction

I do take escitalopram and methadone. No problem mixing the two
