Cimetidine works for sure but more questions.

I read don't use with codeine and possibly tramadol as both rely on the blocked enzyme to work the Cimetidine works on.

However it does work on xanax and ritaline for sure so since I take all I am weighing it up.

I can't tell if tramadol is weaker to be honest.

If I could afford even the new generic I'd add some pregablin.

Cimetidine is an otc H1 blocker antacid that's used to potentiate or extend the duration of drugs metabolized by the enzyme P450, as cimetidine inhibits this enzyme.

Where do you get cimetidine? The drug store, like Walgreens or whatever? Sorry for sounding dumb but how much gabapentin should you take to fully potentiate 4 mgs of xanax?

Sorry ,blurry eyes trying to rite that.

@ captain ,just some verification it blocks a wide variety -benzo's and ritalin opposite.

Also I take 1 tab- 200mg which each of days hits. Any advantage to going higher.

.....lastly I read codeine need this blocked enzyme to work properly so don't use them together.

Since I use trammy ,synthetic codeine/opiate would the same maybe hold true.

@Ramblin - I live in Thailand but its only a OTC anti-acid reflux.

It seems reading here that its a easier/better way od the grapefruit method.

4mg xanax.....and you want to potentiate......lucky!!!

I've read here that 200mg [the pills come as 200mg] is enough to do the job.

I've having to ration [f--kin sux] my xanax intake so it's helping....I think but I'm using a few other aids.
