Good morning/afternoon/evening Bluelighters. (Depending on which part of the world you live in)

I would like to know which of the following would be most suited for Oxycontin (OC) and/or Flunitrazepam Potentiation please?

Reason being i have a high tolerance to both Benzos + Opiates and would like to safely use said substances without taking very high doses especially as i have recently managed to slowly bring my tolerance down.

I have some Ranitidine 75mg already at home and as far as im aware Cimetidine and Omeprazole are both available OTC here in the U.K.

I have done some research and from the information i have gathered so far Ranitidine seems to be the least effective.....

I would be most greatful if anybody could shed some light on the other substances... for example recommended doses, when to take for optimum effects and which substances Potentiate the Benzo or the Opiate the best?

Or would i just be best sticking with white Grapefruit juice or just eating whole grapefruit? Also does
