400-600mg all at once i morning ,what's the HL?

Also if yo are dosing various compound thru the day do you divide. 400mg eat hit or 400-600mg split.

I read about it originally to potentiate the short HL of rit but now I read it pretty much on everything.

Benzos ,morphine ,wonder if it will work on oral steroids?

Otc Tagamet (cimetidine) comes in 200mg tablets in the US. I don't know about other places
2 tablets (400 mg) is generally accepted as a good potentiating dose and I can say from my experience that this is true. Sometimes I double that dose due to tolerance. You're better off to dose cimetidine before you're opiate but I guess it wouldn't hurt to take a little more when you're feeling the effects of you're given substance. Cimetidine is pretty harmless from what I understand.

In theory though, just one tablet will effect your enzymes
