Cigarette dipped in liquid nicotine

If someone was to dip a cigarette in liquid nicotine ( electronic cigarette liquid) would the cigarette give the smoker more nicotine when smoked?

Yeah probably but why?. The average cigarette has like 1-2mg of nicotine in it. You might throw up and it would be a waste anyway... For more nicotine just dip IMO.

You could but don't. You could (and probably would) get sick, and might well need to go to the ER.

That juice is very potent and is only meant to be vaporized slowly, not smoked.
