cialis, cocaine & oxy

A couple quick questions I was hoping to get some help on.

1) While on oxys I find my sex drive dips and when I'm really high I have trouble maintaining a hard on, is it ok to mix oxy with cialis?

2) When I do coke I find it hard to maintain a hard on but I'm really horny my dick just goes soft, hard, soft, hard, etc. is it ok to mix coke with cialis?

3) Can I do coke, oxy and cialis all together?

4) What dosage is good to take for cialis? I'm a 25 year old male, no problem with getting hard when I'm not on oxy or coke, my boy was telling me 1/2 a pill, any input would be appreciated.

Opiates will affect you sex drive no matter what. Mixing the two, just a matter of harm reduction here, isn't the best idea. (Coke and opiates that is)

I have no idea with the cialis. I would just save the opiates for when you're not needing to perform sexually rather than mixing them with an upper. This can cause undue stress on your body.

1. Oxy + Cialis: not a great combo. Opioids can suppress breathing and lower blood pressure, and Cialis also lowers BP — together this can increase the risk of dizziness, fainting, and weaker erections.
2. Coke + Cialis: risky. Cocaine puts stress on the heart and constricts blood vessels, while Cialis dilates them — that mismatch can strain your cardiovascular system. The erection issues you’re describing on coke are pretty typical, and Cialis doesn’t reliably or safely fix that.
3. All three together: definitely a bad idea. You’re mixing a stimulant, a depressant, and a vasodilator — that’s unnecessary stress on your heart and blood pressure with unpredictable effects.
4. Dosage: usually people start low (5–10 mg as needed or 5 mg daily), but it should be individualized. Using it just to “counter” substances isn’t a good approach and increases risks.

Overall, it’s much safer to keep these things separate — ED meds work best when you’re sober anyway. Personally, I stick to that approach: I use Cialis (tadalafil) from viteron.com/cialis-tadalafil on its own, and anything like stimulants is very rare and never mixed.
