Cialis before coke/MD - are unwanted erections likely?

Hi, just wondering, was planning on taking some Cialis in the morning prior to taking stimulants in the evening. I may need it, I may not. Am I likely to have erections when not especially aroused? I've searched for the answer, but couldn't find it. I'm interested in whether that could happen prior to taking the stimulants, and also whether it could happen after taking them.
