Hey yall. I’m the last few years after being a daily cannabis consumer for 13 years I have been noticing stomach aches. They come under my left ribs sometimes I’m the front, sometimes in the back, sometimes both. Feels like a Charlie horse kind of. Not always are they related to use but they may be. I’m trying to rule out CHS by stopping cannabis for a month which I’ve never done. I need all the advice and help I can get because cannabis has been my best friend for keeping me off of hard drugs, help with anxiety and depression, pain, and especially sleep. What do I do this month? For sleep, for anxiety, for stress, for cravings…? I’m freaking out. I’ve had heavy opiate addictions, benzos, sleeping pills. I’ve done it all. And I’ve quit it all. But this idea of maybe having to obtain from cannabis is derailing me…

1 month is not enough. You need at least 3 and preferably even more to rule out CHS. I have it too, I recently cut down my smoking by alot, but even when I was smoking all day everyday it could still take 3 months in between 2 episodes.
