We all know chronic opiate use, and especially chronic opiate abuse, leads to lowered testosterone levels in men over time.
Questions:
1) Does this affect women in any way?
2) What can I do as a man to counteract this effect? I'm a chronic pain patient so it is likely I will be on these meds for life, and don't want to have to get testosterone shots or lose my incredible sex drive.
3) Does exercise/nutrition help? I work out and eat healthy as I can.
