Please help!


I remember this special from years ago - the way it goes, is that there is this boy who no longer has faith in santa claus, he may have written a letter to Santa to tell him this.

i believe santa got this letter and didnt want to do his duty of delivering presents.

i know there was a clock involved. and paintings? maybe?

i've done many searches on google and I can't come up with the right wording. i know it was on tv within the last 10 years. help!!

the end was that the boy believed again and Santa came through, or something. It was narrated by the father..

nope, neither, as far as i know. the year without a santa claus is a close match, but i dl'ed it and it's like, those puppet things. the one i'm thinking of is a cartoon. i'm positive.

i know it used to be showed often!
