Just in time to remind you for Christmas,
you hear he pulled the trigger.
Behind the plastic happiness and thinly-disguised greed there's an ocean of darkness, and sometimes people drown in it.
Sometimes the serpent devours more than its own tail.
Sometimes you wonder why we do this to ourselves, why we make it so easy to give up and so hard to find a reason to stay afloat.
But you shake your head and get over it and say your happy christmas, and in a couple of weeks it's a new year with false promises of new beginnings.
