Hmm, it would have to be an opioid because they feel great and allow you to function at pretty much full pace, well, so long as you're not nodding your brains out at least :p. I'm gonna go with moderate dose of dilaudid, the high side of "moderate" ;). It's always been my favorite opioid and the one I compare others to. The only downside is the short duratiom, doesn't look like that's gonna be a problem in this scenario.
 
If we're choosing one drug only, then it would be MXE. Hands down mahfuckas.

If we can combo it, then I don't even know. There's just too many good combos to pick one to stick with.
 
if all previous tolerance was completely reset and it's like the first time then definitely mdma. i would be too happy to care about anything like not being able to function anymore.

if it's not possible to reset tolerance, i'd opt for nicotine. very slight euphoria coupled with increased concentration and focus but without any negative health consequences is a winner.
 
Maybe meth. The feeling from your first couple hits o' meth (before you're only smoking to avoid the inevitable crash, urgh)...hmmm. Hard to beat IMO.

But then again you only feel "high" when you have a "low" to contrast the high with...how can you be happy if you're not sometimes sad, or at least just so-so emotionally? So I don't even know how being high all the time would work.
 
Very inresring Burnt offering but what if you could live a life without anxiety or have massive euphoria and feel good about everything you do.
 
If I wouldn't get tolerance or have to pay for it all of the time...

1. Heroin - with no track marks and all perfect hits

These would be good too..
2. MS Contin
3. Oxycodone
4. Amphetamines
5. Coke

I'd want to be on heroin, at the level where you're nodding constantly and dreaming. It's so euphoric, but it's not so socially accepted haha.
Gabapentin is a wonder drug. takes away anxiety, is a bit euphoric, and relieves pain. you feel fucked up but at the same time you can act normal. can even make me nod in higher doses. :3

I totally fucking agree I took some gaba today and feel great. Very good drug. But i would have to pick oxycodone for that mild stimulant euphoria. Nothing beats It

it's great, but not something that i'd like to be on for life. after 10-12 hours of tripping psychedelics become pretty exhausting...
 
I've made similar threads like this in other forums. haha.

But yeah, any euphoric opiate will do it for me, but I got to go with Oxycodone.
It's the perfect balance of Euphoria and stimulation.

My dose to be high for life, would be about 120mg.
For me that's the perfect balance, I can nod off 120mg, or I can go out and be stimulated from the Euphoria.
Pure heaven, on earth. ;)


I can't see how anyone would pick a phsycedlic though, I mean hallucinating for the rest of your life? That doesn't seem like a normal person, LOL.

The closest I'd go to a phsycedilic is Ecstasy/MDMA. But of course without the negative side effects such as insomnia and loss of appetite, I have to get my sleep and eat.

That's why IMO an opiate would be the very best choice if you like opiates, but honestly, I've never met anyone who's tried opiates and didn't like the feeling. haha.

Esp. Oxycodone, hence, it is the most abused RX drug in the U.S.
People can only wish to be high on Oxy for life. I'm one of them. :p
 
I would probably choose a low/moderate dose of THC, just when you get that music induced euphoria, that relaxing effect and the "thought acceleration".
That's what i'm on most of the time anyway lol BUT if i'm already high I wouldn't need to smoke/vape cannabis and that's definitely a part of the experience.

My choice has to be a gabaergic, not alcohol though because drinking is also a part of the experience. A benzo would be ideal, something like diazepam but obviously with no withdrawals, any kind of tolerance or memory issues.

A low dose of LSD is another option but the truth is that this question becomes too complicated when you really start thinking about all the factors 8( (probably 'cus i'm high)
I'm going with a benzo so I can chill 4-life without permanently distorting what I call reality.

It would be an opiate. Of the ones I've tried, I'd choose Oxycodone. I like morphine better but I don't want to be functionally impaired. It would say 80mg. But maybe lower, I think I may have had a high or at least higher than current tolerance when I did 80mg of oxycodone. But I could function just fine on more than I took that day.

I would only choose this permanent high if I could still use other drugs. I much prefer psychedelics, I would not give them up for a permanent opiate high. I'm not quite sure I'd do it in the first place.

I might wait 25 or 30 years and then choose a high dose of LSD or smoked DMT. Probably LSD - I'm not sure I could function enough to stay alive on a high dose of DMT. You'd probably have to be put in a nursing home or strapped to a bed in the asylum for the rest of your life since you may not be aware of the real world anymore.

I would go with oxycodone. I wouldn't want to get to fucked up. Maybe just a big enough dose to be able to slighty nod out. Never got to say what I'd go with.
