An acquaintance of mine died a week or so ago. I saw him at my city's legislature on 420, and the last thing I ever said to him was "hey buddy you owe me five bucks".

I could have asked him about his counseling troubled youth or complemented him, but no the last words he ever heard from me were about a petty debt.

I will feel bad about that for the rest of my life.

Choose your words carefully, you never know if you'll ever see the person again in your lifetime..

in life it is the contemplation of self that brings deeper meaning to life. In words especially where we try to boil down the soul into a medium that can relate the unrelatable. Perhaps your journey needed this reminder where others do not but i appreciate the lesson none the less.
