"Darkness cannot be dissipated with more darkness.
What's the secret to a healthy heart? A new study suggests it might be chocolate - and lots of it.

Previous research has linked chocolate to heart-healthy benefits including reduced blood pressure, "bad" LDL cholesterol, and plaque formation on the arteries. But those studies didn't look at hard measurements, like how many heart attacks and strokes are reduced in chocolate-eaters.

So the new study - published in the August 29 issue of the British Medical Journal - set out to find evidence to back up these claims in a large scale analysis of seven studies involving more than 100,000 people without heart disease.

Do you people actually enjoy high percentage dark chocolate? I hear some people talking about it like it's orgasmic and I'd rather eat a hershey's bar for a third the price.

Mine is unfortunately only 60%
But its only £0.30 a bar :)

sometimes i eat 2, but im at my high metabolism stage at 19 so i cant put excess weight on atm, so im making the most of it LOL

But if i could get higher i definately would.
But then again an 85% bar in asda is like £2.07 for 100g

Surely eating 2 60% Is just the same, if not more, for £0.60 ?

I usually enjoy chocolate between around 65% and 80% the most.
Anything less than 50% I don't really consider worth eating.

What about if your on a budget, But your taste buds are great they like nearly anything.

I see i can get 150grams of Cooking chocolate that is 76% pure cocoa for £0.76
Is it okay to eat cooking chocolate, ill like it anyway i like anything Lol

If you get cooking chocolate, you can cook it with maple syrup or sugar, and it is really good (and not expensive)!

I would rather pay more for high-quality food than save money on lower quality food, personally.
I have been on a budget for most of my life, and this has been my game plan.

For example, to buy a loaf of brown bread costs far more than white bread, but it is more filling and nutritious.
So I go for the brown, and wonder how many loaves of white I would need to fill my belly (and still miss the vitamins!).

I nearly got some yesterday but forgot,
But have a nice Lindt 85% cocoa sitting in my drawer, Which im going to eat the afternoon before i drop 140mg MDMA. ( I swear, as long as you have a month break in between it puts an extra edge on a roll)

I see you can get a 90% but that might even be too much cocoa for me lol.
Yeah i always eat brown bread i love just buttered toast too.

I actually use dark chocolate if i get a craving to do ketamine. As i wont do ketamine afterwards no matter how long later in the day (i swear it makes me feel sick, i had the worst k experience because i ate some before was just trying to get comfortable and not feel sick)
